Who We Are
CBS Yoga is a non-profit student organization aiming to offer quality yoga lessons to all students at CBS. Our aim is to make the benefits of yoga available to everyone.
What We Do
We offer weekly mixed level yoga classes taught in English. The benefits of yoga include strength, flexibility and balance on and off the mat. Yoga increases focus and energy while toning the body. In a world of increasing complexity, yoga offers a way to reconnect with what is important to you.
Beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome to join our inexpensive yoga classes, which take place in the studio at Dalgas Have. If you do not own a mat, don’t worry, you can borrow one from us. We teach every week on the following days:
Tuesdays: 17:00-18:15 - Vinyasa Flow
Thursdays: 17:30-19:00 - Hatha Yoga
Fridays: 16:00-17:00 - Stråla
