Q: As an international student can I use the CBS Students PRINT?
A: Yes, but at the moment we only accept dankort for the online payment. As an international student without a dankort you can come by the CBS Students office at Solbjerg Plads every day and pay in cash between 12:00 and 13:00. We will put the money on your online account and you are ready to print!
Q: An error occurs when I try to login to my account at print.cbsstudents.dk
A: Your account has probably been temporarily closed, for security purposes. Please contact our support team, by using this form and we’ll get back to you asap.
Q: Can I print from the school’s computers?
A: No, you have to use your own computer that you have connected to CBS Students Print.

Q: Is there an expiration date for my deposit?
A: Usually, the deposit is valid for one year.
Q: Is it possible to get reimbursed if I want to leave the CBS Students Print system?
A: No, there is no refund with CBS Students PRINT.
Q: I’ve logged on and the system withdrew money from my account but the printer didn’t print, what do I do?
A: First you look at the actual printers and press ‘confirm’ on the display if this text is shown there. Otherwise you mail to this form to our help desk and we will reimburse your money. We will appreciate that you as well are specific about which printer did this, so we can fix any errors.
