CBS Sport CBS Sport is an organisation whose main purpose is to enhance the atmosphere at CBS Campus through different sport activities. In 2009 CBS Sport can offer you the chance to practice 11 different sports. The amount of practice and the level of difficulty vary a lot from sport to sport. Read more about the different activities at our website www.cbssport.dk, where you can also find email addresses of the contact persons for every activity.CBS Sport was founded in 2006 on the initiative of a few CBS students and even today the club is run by many students on a volunteer basis.At the moment we have around 350 members and our aim is to continue the growth that we have experienced the last two years. The main facts about CBS Sport is that we have very low membership fees compared to other sports clubs in Denmark, we focus on winning, however without forgetting how important the social element is, and we try to involve as many members as possible in our activities. International NetworkingAs a member of CBS Sport you will meet students from the different course directions at CBS and you will have a great opportunity of getting an international network, since a fair part of our members are exchange students. By participating in some of our social activities you will meet athletes from our different sports. It is very important for us that everyone enjoy themselves and feel as if they are a part of a team.Parties and EventsCBS Sport is arranging many different activities during the year, such as a Summer Party, a Christmas Party, CBS Sport @Nexus and much more. CBS Sport is also co-hosting the annual CBS Campus Relay which is in September. As a huge success, CBS Sport is along with other European business schools, every year participating in a big sports event in Paris every spring.
