Host an International Student in Week 47

Dear fellow CBS Students,

In Week 47 we’re receiving 25 international students from Europe, Asia and Israel.

From November 20th until the 27th, us students at CBS provide them with accommodation, food, company visits, cultural activities and parties throughout the week. They only have to pay the plane ticket.

This is made possible by all the great CBS students who volunteer their time and effort, by participating in IW Copenhagen.

In exchange for all the work done, we are able to go abroad to International Weeks all around the world and experience the same generosity from all the other students, as well as join in on all the activities here in Copenhagen.

Now, if you’re interested in joining in on all the FREE parties, FREE dinners, FREE Tivoli outing, FREE canal, brewerey and Carlsberg tours and most importantly, meeting all the great people coming to Copenhagen, there’s one easy way to do all of this.

If you have some spare room in your apartment, dorm or flat, and if you live close to Copenhagen (within 20-25 min.) then you can Host one of the students for the week. A spare bed, a fold-out couch or a mattress will all do, since the students will hardly be spending time at your place. They have a schedule filled with activities, so they’ll only be sleeping 4-5 hours, having some breakfast in the morning and then they’re out of your hair for the day.

It’s a great way to get to know people and in exchange for hosting an international student, you recieve access to all of the activities mentioned in the program.
